Why does Jesus say that no one knows who He and God the Father are?

Had not YAHWEH been known as, 'our Father' before Jesus?

No one knoweth who the Son is, save the Father; and who the Father is, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal him. Luke 10:22 ASV

What to make of the answer of Jesus to Thomas when he asked Jesus to show them God the Father even though the Jews know that YAHWEH God is 'our Father'?

What does the answer of Jesus allude to concerning Himself considering that the Jews accused Him of blasphemy for demonstrating to be YHWH Elohim (Luke 5;20-23)?

John 14:8-9 ASV
(8)  Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
(9)  Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and dost thou not know me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; how sayest thou, Show us the Father?

Luke 5:21 ASV
(21)  And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this that speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?

Has Jesus ever made YHWH God the center of His ministry?

If Jesus grew up in Judaism and must have been aware of the existence of the Hebrew God YHWH, why does Jesus say that no one can know who He and God the Father are unless He reveals the identity to whomever He chooses?

Luke 10:22 ASV
(22)  All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth who the Son is, save the Father; and who the Father is, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal him.
